We offer a 3 day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, it’s quickest to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
